Today's offering showcases this very fine, rare and ornate Vacheron & Constantin pocket watch.

Its gorgeously designed and perfectly executed original 18K gold case with exquisite engine turning and scroll work, and its world-class ultra thin movement embodies the quality and style one expects from one of the world's finest watchmakers.

We were fortunate to acquire it with all of its original parts. It appears to have been hardly worn with an appreciation for its value, the tuck away safely for nearly all of its life.

It was made before the days of ubitquitous branding when it became customary for manufacturers to triple sign their watches. Its very high-grade key wind movement is signed Vacheron & Constantin.

Its 18K gold case with guilloche pattern and intricate scroll work presents as just short of mint. It has never been polished at all and retains wonderfully crisp details. Its dial is clean and presents very nicely.

One of our Master Watchmakers has disassembled its fine movement down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it making it ready for immediate enjoyment. It is keeping extremely accurate time.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
