We are proud to offer the timelessly classic Patek Philippe wristwatch showcased in today's offering. It features an elegant softly curved square case with fabulous dog ear lugs and silver dial with gold accents.
As fine on the inside as the outside, it is powered by an illustrious Patek Philippe 10 ligne movement, unquestionably among the finest hand-winding movements ever built. It possesses all the necessary capabilities to earn it its place as one the finest timepieces in the world.
Extremely high grade, it has swan's neck regulations. Though not marked on the movement it likely originally had eight adjustments - five for chronometer positions and three for heat, cold, and even isochronism. Isochronism is the amount of wind left in the movement. Most watches slow down slightly as their power reserve moves toward empty.
We were fortunate to aquire it with all of its original parts down to the hands and winding crown. It presents pleasingly.
Its 18K gold case has distinctive dog ear lugs in a late Art Deco style. Its egg shell dial with gold accents beautifully complements the case.
Its case presents in excellent condition with only fairly signs of polishing. Its hallmark is still strong. On the wrist it presents in beautiful condition.
Its dial was restored in vintage times and still retains its original raised enamel lettering. The markers have a light patina. Please inquire if you would like them cleaned or if you would like a fresh restoration.
One of our Master Watchmakers, who used to be the watchmaker for an authorized Rolex dealer and was given training by Rolex at their Beverly Hills Service Center to be an authorized Rolex watchmaker and who has done work for the Cartier Service Center, has fully serviced the watch which consists of fully disassembling the movement, carefully inspecting each part, installing a correct new mainspring, reassembling and lubricating the movement, and extensive timing testing and regulation (an $895 value). It is running extremely strongly and keeping very accurate time.
For the finishing touch, we have equipped it with a brand new Crocodile leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Please inquire if you would like us to obtain an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives. Patek charges 550 CHF.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a full-page custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
Your watch is important to us, and we will take care of it for its lifetime. We provide the best after sale care in the business with an extremely experienced team of four Master Watchmakers all of whom each have over thirty-five years of experience and a large number of parts.
