1960's Omega Vintage Mens Seamaster Cosmic Retro Watch, Day Date - 18K Gold Plated

Omega

Item No. 4885

Today's offering showcases this classic original vintage Seamaster in excellent condition. It has a distinctive retro design and very fine movement with day and quick-setting date.

This reference was only produced for a fairly short short time the end of the 1960's.

Its monococque - or one-piece - case, which achieved high water resistance ratings by not having a separate case back, is in excellent condition. Its beautiful and uncommon two-tone dial is untouched and just short of mint.

Powering the watch is Omega's automatic 24 jewel caliber 752 movement. The superior movement was one of the last in-house made Omega calibers before the alliance with ETA, and is well made.

Measuing 35mm wide by 41mm long, it is about the same size as a Rolex Datejust. It is original Omega down to the dial, hands, crown. It has been freshly cleaned and oiled and is ready for immediate enjoyment.

Photos of the inside available upon request.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
