1962 Omega Seamaster Mens Vintage Automatic Watch - Stainless Steel

Omega

Item No. 6463

Today's offering showcases this classic and beautifully restored 1962 Omega Seamaster. Powering the watch is Omega's top-tier caliber 552 movement with 24 jewels (instead of the more common seventeen jewel versions), one of the last superior 500's series movements used before Omega began trying to reduce their costs. It has 24 jewels and is one of the finest mass-produced automatic movements from era.

It measures 34mm in diameter without the crown, the same size as a Rolex Date model.

It is fully Omega and has just finished a true expertly done restoration. It presents as mint. The very cool and desirable crosshair dial has just been meticulously refinished - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.

As part of the restoration the movement has been freshly fully serviced by a Master Watchmaker. It is running very true.

1950's and 60's Seamasters are great buys as parts are readily available for their well-made movements, and they're not hard to service.

Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to the watch's performance.

For the finishing touch it has been equipped it with a brand new strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
