1964 Patek Philippe Vintage Mens Midsize Ultra Thin Watch, Ref. 3512 - 18K Gold

Patek Philippe

Item No. 9269SH

Today's offering showcases this handsome midsized example of one of the company's classic vintage "ultra thin" watches.

Epitomizing the essence of 'the classic watch' remembered today, this model features a manually wound movement, round gold case, vintage styled dial, and slender hands. As one writer aptly stated about a similar watch, "The extra-slim watch, whose style embraces only the strict essentials, has continued to seduce for its elegance and discretion."

Powered by a Patek Philippe caliber 175 handwound movement, the company's first ultra-thin mechanism, the watch excels in technical merits. This illustrious movement was awarded the prestigious "Geneve Quality Seal" and this example is stamped in two places with it.

We are proud to offer it in gorgeous original condition, indicative of a watch worn with respect for its rarity and value.

Its elegant original case is better than near mint. The case top has wonderfully strong lines.

Its classic original champagne dial is untouched and just short of mint. The angle of most of the photographs and their magnification make the aging appear more than it does when being worn. From most angles when being worn it looks essentially mint.

Its original high-grade Patek Philippe movement is very clean. One of our Master Watchmakers has disassembled it down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. It is keeping very accurate time.

For the finishing touch, we have equipped it with a brand new Teju lizard strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a full-page custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to its performance.

Please inquire if you would like us to obtain an Extract from the Patek Philippe archives for you. Patek charges 500CHF to provide one.
