The very fine and all-original pocket watch showcased in today's offering is a prime example of one of Patek's later vintage pocket watches.
Powering the watch is one of the company's exclusive "Extra Flat" movements that showcases there unrivaled mastery of horological technology and execution. Stamped in two places with the prestigious Poinçon de Genève is is among the finest movements built.
Its marvelous high-grade engine enables the complete watch to measure a mere 7.4mm thick including the crystal at its thickest point. A thinner mineral crystal would even slightly reduce the thickness.
The centerpiece of this beauty is its large dial with oversized seconds dial for easy readability. Its complemented by the classicly plain polished case which serves to not distract from the pleasing dial.
It is all-original and in very well-preserved condition appearing to have been worn seldom and carefully in appreciation of its quality.
Its untouched original dial is just short of perfect mint condition with only the slightest aging. Its case is in better than near mint condition and its bow is wonderfully tight still.
