Its 18K white gold case presents as mint with only fairly mild signs of previous polishing. Its Patek dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Patek Philippe factory done to the naked eye.

A Master Watchmaker has just fully disassembled the movement down to its last screw and freshly serviced it. It is keeping very accurate time.
