Today's offering showcases this gorgeously restored example of one of Omega's classic vintage gent's watches.
Living up to its name as one of the elegant and sophisticated "De Ville" models, it has an elegant case, royal blue dial, and fine handwound Omega movement.
It is fully Omega down to the original hands, winding crown, and even signed crystal and presents in true expertly restored condition. The dial has been perfectly refinished - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
In some of the photographs there appears to be something around the edge of the crystal from 11 to 3. It is just a reflection. The back has one light hairline only visible at certain angles - overall the watch presents as a 9.6 out of 10.
As part of the restoration a Master Watchmaker has just freshly serviced the movement. It continues to keep time on par with a new Omega. For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a new leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to its performance.
Photos of the inside available upon request.
