Rolex designed the Cellini to be the pre-eminent symbol of elegance and performance. A premier dress watch, this Cellini has an 18K gold case with indexed textured bezel, luxurious silver dial with three diamonds and coronet in 18K gold, and high-grade handwound caliber 1600 movement.

Its case is in the ellipse style widely popularized by Patek Philippe. Its six million serial number suggest that it was one of the last Cellinis made in this style.

It has just finished a true expertly done restoration. It has all of its original Rolex parts and presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.7 out of 10. The diamonds on the dial may be an aftermarket addition.

Its case presents as mint. Despite what the photos seem to suggest its original lightly stamped markings on the back are still very strongly intact - they long essentially as strong as when it left the factory.

Its original silver dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Rolex factory done to the naked eye. Despite what the photos suggest, the dial is Rolex’s light color silver, not their dark silver. The color is best captured in the photo of the watch being worn. 

A Master Watchmaker has just overhauled the movement, which is very clean. It continues to keep very accurate time.

For the finishing touch, it has been equipped it with a brand new leather strap and aftermarket Rolex style buckle making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
