1993 Omega Seamaster 200M Pre-Bond Dive Watch, Date - Stainless Steel

Omega

Item No. 8201

Today's offering showcases this prime example of a classic Certified Pre-Owned steel pre-Bond Seamaster 200m dive watch.

These Seamasters were the pre-cursors to what are recognized as the James Bond watches. It has a unidirectional diver's bezel and quartz movement with quick-setting hour for easy switching of time zones.

They are cool watches with a great look.

All of its parts are fully Omega down to the hands, crown, movement cap, and bezel insert - no parts have been changed on it. The movement cap forms a Faraday cage providing protection against magnetic fields. It has just finished a true expertly done sympathetic restoration. On the wrist it presents as nearly like new.

The case presents as just short of mint. Usually the bezel insert shows the most wear on these watches or has been replaced - this one is original and is just short of perfect mint too. The dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye, and the luminous glows brightly!

A Master Watchmaker has performed any needed servicing and installed a new battery for the original caliber 1438 movement making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
