Audemars Piguet Promesse Exquisite Ladies Backset Watch - 18K Rose & Diamonds

Audemars Piguet

Item No. 9087

The gorgeous and luxurious Audemars Piguet wristwatch featured in today's offering showcases why watches from this elite maker are sought-after by women of distinction, Hollywood actresses, and any lady desiring to wear a true world-class timepiece.

It possesses a high level of artistic refinement with a beautiful 18K rose gold case bejeweled with 60 diamonds. The other examples we have seen of this model have original factory set diamonds - we are uncertain if these are factory original or aftermarket later set by a jeweler.

To keep perfect symmetry, the watch does not have a crown to disrupt its pure rectangular profile - instead it has a special engine with push button located in the back and step motor to set the hands.

It is an uncommon model, and most later Promesse watches were made with a different movement that had an external winding crown.

We were fortunate to acquire it in such fabulous original condition appearing to have been stored away for nearly all of its life worn with an appreciation for its rarity and value.

Its stunning case, bejeweled with diamonds, presents in beautiful mint condition. It retains all of its original stamping. Its silver dial is just short of perfect mint.

It comes on its gently worn original signed Audemars Piguet strap and original solid 18K rose gold Audemars Piguet buckle.

A Master Watchmaker has performed any needed servicing and installed a new battery.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity
