c. 1945 Patek Philippe Vintage Ladies Ref. 1111 Watch - 18K Gold

Patek Philippe

Item No. 7179SH

We are proud to offer today this very fine and original late World War II to mid-century era ladies Patek Philippe made for the U.S. market.

With its understated silver face and timeless case with feminine lugs, it showcases a classic and elegant vintage Patek style.

While not at all a large watch, it is a a pleasingly larger size than many of this style from the era. Rather than being 15mm to 16mm, it is 21mm in diameter.

Powering it is its illustrious handwound movement. Designed to maintain accuracy across five positions, various temperatures, and even amounts of power reserve left in the mainspring, its among the finest hand-winding ladies movements ever built.

It comes equipped with a period correct and likely original-to-the-watch 14K gold bracelet most likely installed by the U.S. jeweler at the time of the original sale.

It presents in pleasing condition. It has original parts down to the hands and winding crown.

Its shapely Patek Philippe case is in excellent condition with only light wear, and it clearly retains its hallmark.

Its silver dial has warmed to a sepia tone, giving it a true vintage look. Please inquire if you would like it restored. And its movement is keeping time.

One of our watchmakers has disassembled it down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Please inquire if you would like us to seek an Extract from the Patek Philippe's archive.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
