Cartier Lanier Ladies Hexagon Watch - 18K White Gold & Cartier Factory Set Diamonds

Cartier

Item No. 10374

The Cartier Lanier is a study in structure. Its elongated case is defined by crisp planes, sharp transitions, and deliberate geometry - a design that feels architectural rather than ornamental, and unmistakably Cartier in its discipline. It presents as a composed object, where every line serves a purpose and nothing is accidental.

Executed in 18K white gold, its case is factory set with square diamonds that run in precise channels along both sides. These stones are not applied as decoration, but as part of the case’s construction - integrated into the architecture of the watch itself. The result is a piece that reads as both jewelry and design object, without leaning excessively toward either.

Its silvered dial, signed Cartier and finished with classic Roman numerals, provides visual balance and legibility - and make the watch immediately recognizable as a Cartier. It reinforces the maison’s long-standing design language, anchoring the watch in tradition while allowing the case to express a more modern, sculptural sensibility.

Most of the diamond Cartier watches available for sale online did not leave the factory with diamonds, but have had them later added by a dealer. This is a true original diamond Cartier whose diamonds are original and factory set by Cartier.

The diamonds are white, extremely clean, and full of fire as you would expect from a watch of this caliber.

Powering the watch is its Swiss Cartier movement with electronic time-setting. It was designed without a traditional crown so as not to disrupt the perfect symmetry of the case. The time is set by depressing a button inset into the watch which engages a motor to move the hands.

The Lanier feels considered in the way lasting objects often do. It does not rely on too much novelty or excess to announce itself. Instead, it rewards closer attention - revealing precision, harmony, and a confidence that comes from design decisions made without compromise - yet invites that attention from a distance by the sparkle of its dazzling diamonds.

We are proud to offer this very fine in gorgeous condition. Its diamond bejewelled case presents as mint. Its classic Cartier dial and sapphire crystal are both mint to the naked eye.

One of our Master Watchmaker has carefully inspected its Cartier movement, performed any needed servicing, and installed a new battery.

For the finishing touch, we have equipped it with a brand new aftermarket leather strap and meticulously detailed it making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Why settle for an aftermarket diamond Cartier when you can have this true original for an affordable price?
