But out of hundreds of thousands of watches that we have seen over the years, we don't remember ever seeing another one in white gold like this, and our web search only turned up one other example. The entire case top has been bejeweled by Cartier with approximately 108 extremely high quality diamonds with the perfect whiteness and brilliant sparkle you would expect from Cartier diamonds including one large diamond in the crown.
