Before cost-cutting measures brought about the widespread use of cheaper quartz movements for many wristwatches, Cartier contracted with watch manufacturers to produce mechanical movements designed to last a lifetime. Save the diamonds, the watch is 100% Cartier including its original buckle a purple Cartier alligator band. It presents in beautiful condition. The diamonds bright white and eye clean diamonds have previously been added by a jeweler (non-Cartier). They are full of sparkle and fire.

Our watchmaker has just freshly cleaned and oiled the movement. For the finishing touch we have installed a brand new genuine crocodile strap with the watch's Cartier buckle. Also included is a very slightly worn purple genuine Cartier band ($300 value).
