Today's offering showcases this classic vintage Seamaster mens watch that has been meticulously restored. Besides being hand wound, a less common trait for a Seamaster, this Seamaster also features a slightly thinner case than automatic Seamasters.
It measures 34mm in diameter without the crown, about the size of a Rolex Date watch (a couple millimeters smaller than a Rolex Datejust.)
It is fully Omega down to the hands, signed crown, and even signed Omega crystal! It has just finished a true expertly done restoration and presents as gorgeous condition.
Its desirable Calatrava case presents as mint. Its dial has been meticulously restored - its printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
Its original caliber 420 movement has just been overhauled by a Master Watchmaker, which is keeping accurate time.
For the finishing touch we have installed a new leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to the watch's performance.
Omega watches can be found on the wrists of many prominent figures including Pierce Brosnan, Michael Schumacher, Michael Phelps, Ernie Els, Prince William, and one graced the wrist of President John F. Kennedy. Omega has been the official timekeeper for 21 Olympic Games and is the official chronometer of NASA.
Omega is perhaps best known by watch connoisseurs for its Seamaster line of dive watches. Introduced in 1948, they have been embraced by water sports enthusiasts and often marry a striking look with a high performance movement.
