A member of the famed Calatrava line, it features a very large-for- the-era 37mm case with a stunning design.

Its unique inward slanting brushed bezel, the opposite orientation of most, and elegant long faceted lugs give it a distinctive look. And its 37mm size without the crown makes it one of the very few vintage Pateks that fills out the wrist.

Ours has the most uncommon and we think by far most striking dial version - two tone silver with an outer 1/5 second track. We took one photo in direct light so you could see how prominent the tone difference is.

Powering it is Patek Philippe's 27SC movement, the very first Patek Philippe mechanism to feature direct center seconds.

Its part are all original down to all hands and the winding crown. It is in very pleasing condition, indicative of a watch worn with respect for its rarity and value. Its special original case is better than near mint. The case top has wonderful not overly polished lines and a strong hallmark.

The dial has been expensively restored by the leading dial restoration company in North America.

One of our watchmakers has disassembled it down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. It is keeping exceptionally accurate time. Please inquire if you would like photos of the inside. We have installed a new mineral glass crystal to give a very clear view of the dial all the way to its full periphery.

For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new crocodile strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
