Breitling Blackbird Windrider Chronomat Mens Chronograph Watch, A13050.1 - Stainless Steel

Breitling

Item No. 9513

Worn by Bruce Willis, Harrison Ford, Jerry Seinfeld, and Tommy Lee Jones, the Breitling watches are favorites of Hollywood celebrities and anyone desiring to wear a timepiece of distinction (Willis and Seinfeld both wear Chronomats).

As the leading model of the Breitling collection, the Chronomat rapidly asserted itself as the reference in the specialized field of mechanical chronographs. Originally created to equip the famous Frecce Tricolori flight team, the Chronomat has constantly evolved over the years, both technically and aesthetically, while retaining its unique style characterized by the rotating rider-tab bezel.

With its generous, sophisticated lines, the Chronomat is above all else a genuine "instrument for professionals": a sturdy, precise and functional chronograph. Witness its case equipped with screw-locked safety pushpieces enabling it to withstand overpressure of 30 bars. This device also ensures effective protection against shocks. In terms of its "motor", the Chronomat lives up to its reputation, since it is propelled by the powerful Breitling Caliber 13 - one of the world's most reliable and accurate self-winding chronograph movements*.

We are pleased to showcase today this superior Certified Pre-Owned steel and Chronomat wristwatch offered in the special Blackbird edition. Our photos couldn't do it justice.

The uncommon Blackbird edition is distinguished by its "stealth" design, namely its nearly all-brushed matte case finish and matte black dial with military style configuration including the hands which contrast the glossier style of the other Chronomats.

It has all of its original parts and presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.5 out of 10. Our photos couldn't begin to do it justice.

Its black dial is in untouched mint condition. The dial has a more matte finish than the photos seem to suggest.

Its case presents as just short of perfect mint with only slight remnants of wear and signs of polishing.

A Master Watchmaker has fully serviced the watch which consists of fully disassembling the movement, carefully inspecting each part, replacing any overly worn components, reassembling and lubricating the movement, and timing testing and regulation (a $695 value).

It is running extremely strong and true, keeping time on par with a brand new Breitling in our testing recording position.

For the finishing touch, it comes equipped with a Breitling rubber strap which shows only fairly light wear and original Breitling buckle, and we have meticulously detailed it and equipped making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.

Retail Replacement Value: $7,300 USD
