Today's offering showcases this gorgeous ref. 4083 oval shaped vintage Rolex from the Cellini Collection.
Rolex designed the Cellini to be the pre-eminent symbol of elegance and performance. A premier dress watch, this Cellini has an 18K gold case indexed bark finish textured bezel, champagne dial with 18K gold coronet, and high-grade handwound caliber 1600 movement.
It is all original down to the original dial, hands, and winding crown and presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.5 out of 10.
Its case presents as just short of mint. Its untouched original dial is mint. A Master Watchmaker has just overhauled the movement, which is in excellent condition. It continues to keep very accurate time.
For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
An almost five decade old Cellini that presents on the wrist nearly like new!
Rolex Cellini watches feature well-executed mechanisms and classic styles. They serve as both a precision wristwatch and a discriminating fashion statement. Phil Michelson has worn a Cellini for a number of years.
