Today's offering proudly showcases this luxurious *unworn* mens 18K white gold Datejust with white baton dial. It is a F serial number.
It was just acquired from an Authorized Rolex Dealer's new stock. It comes with its Rolex factory applied protective plastic intact, full papers, tags, and booklets. It also is accompanied by inner and outer Rolex boxes. Its certificate card is still open (no name yet filled in).
In 1945, to celebrate the company's 40th anniversary, Rolex first released its storied Datejust watch. As the company's flagship model at the time, it was only available in 18K gold. The launch of the Datejust was a historical moment for Rolex, as the line and look would still turn heads over sixty years later and the moment foreshadowed the market that Rolex would ultimately dominate.
The modern Datejust epitomizes the signature values of Rolex: Innovative technology, hand-assembly, and classic, sober elegance.
