1973 Omega De Ville Vintage Mens Automatic Full Size Dress Watch - Stainless Steel

Omega

Item No. 5819

Today's offering showcases this very handsome example of one of Omega's classic vintage gent's watches that presents in mint restored condition.

Living up to its name as one of the elegant and sophisticated "De Ville" models, it has an elegant case, strong black dial, and automatic caliber 1012 movement used in Seamasters from the era. The case has a full size width - it measures 35mm without the date, about the same width as a Rolex Datejust.

It is a seldom seen model we think was made only for the Japanese market. Our research turned up only two other examples and both had the upgraded chronometer grade cal. 1011 movement and were badged on the dial as Constellations, although they were otherwise identical to this watch.

It has been meticulously restored with a true expert restoration - it is fully Omega down to the original hands and winding crown and presents as mint restored condition. The printing on the dial could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye. The photos weren't able to do it justice.

The movement has been freshly fully serviced by a Master Watchmaker and is running strong and true.

For the finishing touch it has been equipped with a new leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.

A four decade old Omega that looks like new on the wrist!
