1974 Omega De Ville Vintage Mens Handwound Ellipse Ultra Thin Dress Watch - Stainless Steel

Omega

Item No. 9120

The wristwatch showcased in today's offering is a gorgeous restored Certified Pre-Owned example of one of Omega's classic vintage gent's ellipse watches.

Living up to its name as one of the elegant and sophisticated "De Ville" models, it has an elegant case, smoky gray dial, and fine ultra-thin original handwound Omega caliber 625 movement.

It has fully Omega parts. It has just finished a true expertly done restoration and presents in gorgeous condition.

Its case presents as mint - the top would originally have been gold-plated all though they also made similar examples in steel. Its original dial has been meticulously refinished - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.

As part of the restoration, a Master Watchmaker has disassembled it down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. It is running extremely strong and true, keeping time on par with a brand new Omega in our testing recording position. Photos of the inside available upon request.

For the finishing touch, it has been equipped it with a brand new calfskin leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a full-page custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
