1938 Rolex Oyster Observatory Vintage Boys Size Midsize Unisex Watch - Stainless Steel

Rolex

Item No. 6086

Today's offering showcases this fine and uncommon early Rolex Oyster, made while the company was building its early Oyster line. Built only a little over a decade after the creation of very first Oyster in 1926, from what we have seen this uncommon ref. 3121 watch was branded with just Rolex Oyster Observatory like this watch, and also as an Oyster Royal and a Royal Observatory.

Originally intended for men, this boys size watch measures 29mm wide excluding the crown.

It is fully Rolex down to its original Oyster Patent crown and original hands and still retains its serial and reference numbers.

Its 24-hour military style luminous dial is a beautiful previously done restoration. Powering the watch is its original Rolex 10.5 ligne handwound movement with Super Balance system.

Our watchmaker has just cleaned and oiled the watch making it ready for immediate enjoyment. It continues to run very accurately.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to its performance.
