Today's offering showcases this uncommon and striking Certified Pre-Owned Omega Polaris with both day and date. The distinctive aesthetics of the Polaris line were inspired by an original Gerald Genta creation.
For those unfamiliar, Gerald Genta is generally recognized as the most famous and greatest luxury watch designer of the last century. He collaborated with Omega on a number of projects.
Beginning in 1970, he created some of the most high-end iconic watch designs including Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, the Patek Philippe Nautilus, certain versions of the Omega Constellation, the Bvlgari Bvlgari, and the reinvention of the IWC Ingenieur to name his most prominent projects.
With a resume that includes so many luxurious labels, it’s it is no surprise that Gerald Genta incorporated the sophistication of an elite brand, while deftly designing ultra-sophisticated and daring designs. Hailing from the headquarters of the watchmaking epicenter of Switzerland, Gerald Genta is recognized for pushing technical boundaries, while infusing the rich heritage of the master craftsman of his motherland.
Its striking steel case is inset with a solid 18K gold geometrical pattern. Its clean white dial completes the look and the original luminous has toned to a golden hue, which complements the case well.
This Seamaster Polaris is the slightly more uncommon day date model.
Our Polaris is all-original and presents in gorgeous condition - it presents as about a 9.7 out of 10.
Its case presents as mint. Its untouched original dial is mint with pleasingly toned luminous.
A Master Watchmaker has performed any needed servicing. Photos of the inside available upon request.
For the finishing touch, we have meticulously detailed it making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
