1941 Patek Philippe Vintage Ladies 18K Rose Gold and Factory Diamond Watch with Box

Patek Philippe

Item No. 8523SH

We are proud to offer today this extremely fine and all-original 1941 ladies Patek Philippe. It is a fabulous example of World War II era Patek Philippe watch with 18K rose gold case factory set by Patek with 22 diamonds.

The twenty-two diamonds, totaling approx. .40 of a carat, are exceptionally high quality, as one would expect from original factory set diamonds on a watch of this caliber. Our photos couldn't do it justice.

With its complementary salmon face and high-fashion case, it showcases a classic, luxurious, and ultra-elegant vintage Patek style.

Powering it is its illustrious original handwound movement. Patek designed the extremely high-grade movement to maintain very accurate timekeeping even across a wide range of temperatures, positions, and even amounts of power left (isochronism), something only the highest top tier of mens movements could do. With eight adjustments, it is among the finest hand-winding ladies movements ever built.

We were fortunate to acquire it in all-original condition. It has 100% original parts down to the dial, hands, and winding crown and presents in pleasing condition.

Its ribbed rectangular Patek Philippe case is in excellent condition with a bit of wear to the lugs and only fairly light signs of previous polishing. It still strongly retains its original hallmark.

Its salmon dial is better than near mint. It is very clean with only very slight warming. Its movement is also very clean. Photos of the inside available upon request.

Our Master Watchmaker, our highest level watchmaker, has fully serviced the watch which consists of fully disassembling the movement, carefully inspecting each part, replacing any overly worn components with genuine Patek replacements, reassembling and lubricating the movement, and extensive timing testing and regulation (a $745 value).

It is keeping time virtually on par with a new ladies Patek in our testing position.

Accompany the watch is a period correct Patek Philippe coffin box.

Please inquire if you would like us to obtain an Extract from the Patek Philippe archives for you. Patek charges 500 Swiss Francs to provide one.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a full-page custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
