1956 Jaeger-LeCoultre Vintage Mens Watch, 18K White Gold & Diamonds - The Lowell

Jaeger-LeCoultre

Item No. 5380

Long ago Jaeger-LeCoultre built their reputation as masters of watch design with iconic models like the Reverso. In vintage times the company carried on the tradition and crafted certain very distinctive watches for the less restrained U.S market.

Such is the case with this LeCoultre, one of the most desirable vintage dress models made by Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Named the "Lowell", its distinctive style really stands out, and it was one of Jaeger-LeCoultre's few made for the U.S market crafted out of 18K white gold instead of 14K gold, attesting to its exclusive top-tier position among the company's American watches. And its diamond dial is striking.

Its case is near mint. Its dial is a very nice vintage restoration and is clean. Our watchmaker has freshly cleaned and oiled the movement. It continues to run very true.

For the finished we have just installed a very high quality strap.

Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to its performance.

A seldom-seen opportunity to own a fine JLC timepiece before it slips into someone's prized collection.
