1956 Omega Seamaster Mens Midsize Vintage Automatic Watch - 14K Gold Shell & Stainless Steel

Omega

Item No. 9687

Today's offering showcases this elegant and beautifully restored c. 1956 Omega Seamaster. It has a classic gold shell case and timeless black dial.

As a mens midsize, it is just a couple millimeters smaller than the average Seamaster from the era making it well-suited for someone who doesn't have large wrist.

Powering it is its original Omega caliber 471 movement from the highly esteemed "500" series, one of the finest mass-produced automatic movement series from the era.

It has fully Omega parts and has just finished a true expertly done restoration. It presents in gorgeous condition. Our photos couldn't begin to do it justice.

Its case presents in just short of mint condition with light signs of previous polishing and slight wear underneath the lugs. As is common with these it has some aging hidden inside the engine bay. There is no gold wear through.

Its dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.

As part of the restoration a Master Watchmaker has freshly overhauled the movement. It is very clean. Photos of the inside available upon request.

It is running very strong and extremely true, keeping time on par with a brand new Omega in our testing recording position.

For the finishing touch it has been equipped it with a brand new leather strap and aftermarket Omega style buckle making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to the watch's performance.

Your watch is important to us, and we will take care of it for its lifetime. We provide the best after sale care in the business with an extremely experienced team of four Master Watchmakers all of whom each have over thirty-five years of experience and a large number of parts.
