Patek designed the extremely high-grade movement to maintain very accurate timekeeping even across a wide range of temperatures, positions, and even amounts of power left (isochronism), something only the highest top tier of mens movements could do. It even has Microstella screw regulation found only in the finest mens watches. It is even stamped with the prestigious Poinçon de Genève.

It has virtually unheard of quality for a women's movement, except for some made by Patek Philippe and a few of the highest level ladies movements from a couple other top echelon manufacturers - it one of the very few women's watches that is truly on par with the very top-tier of men's watches.

It is all original down to the dial, hands, and signed winding crown.

It is in very pleasing condition, appearing to have been worn seldom and carefully in appreciation of its quality and value and then safely stored away.

Its desirable double-signed silver Patek Philippe Tiffany & Co. dial is original and untouched. It is better than near mint. Its timeless 18K gold Patek case is near mint and its hallmark is crisp. Its period correct integrated solid 18K gold bracelet, likely original but could be a period addition, is in excellent condition and its original Patek movement is keeping time.

One of our watchmakers has disassembled it down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. For the finishing touch we meticulously detailed it making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
