The 600 series was so named because of the movement that powers the watches. Besides being handwound, a less common trait for a Seamaster, the Seamaster 600 also features a slightly thinner case than automatic Seamasters.

This reference is one that has the nicely embossed hypocampus Seamaster on the back, rather than the more plain engraved version like most.

It measures 34.5mm in diameter without the crown, about the size of a Rolex Date watch - a millimeter and a half smaller than a Rolex Datejust.

The watch has all of its original parts. It has just been meticulously restored as part of a true expertly done restoration and presents as in gorgeous condition. It presents as a 9.7 out of 10.

Its case presents as mint with nicely strong lines. Its crosshair dial has been expertly restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye. Its original or period correct Omega bracelet has fairly mild stretch - its finish presents as mint.

Its caliber 611 handwound movement, originally adjusted to two positions for greater accuracy, and is very clean.

As part of the restoration, it has just been freshly fully serviced by a Master Watchmaker. It is running very strong and true, keeping time essentially on par with a brand new Omega in our testing recording position.

Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to the watch's performance.
