1968 Omega De Ville Vintage Mens Dress Watch with Cool Retro Dial - 18K Gold

Omega

Item No. 6621

Today's offering showcases a pleasing example of one of the company's vintage De Ville watches. Elegant and precise, it lives up to its De Ville name and features a classic case, a rare and cool original retro dial, and fine adjusted handwound Omega movement.

The centerpiece of the watch is its striking and rare smoky taupe dial with distinctive markers. It has a cool tone that has both a gray and a slight taupe tone to it with a sunburst finish. It is untouched and just short of perfect mint.

Its classic and understated case is a true 18K Swiss made Omega beauty, not a 14K Omega contract case made for the U.S. market like most watches for sale in the States from the era.

Powering this fine watch is an ultra thin caliber 620 handwound Omega mechanism.

It is fully Omega down to the dial, hands, signed winding crown, and even original signed Omega crystal!

Its case is in better than excellent condition. Its original dial is just short of mint as mentioned above. And its ultra thin Omega is keeping accurate time.

One of our watchmakers has disassembled it down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new Teju strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year international warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
