1970's Audemars Piguet Vintage Mens Thin Dress Bracelet Watch - 18K White Gold

Audemars Piguet

Item No. 7812

Today's offering showcases this handsome and classic thin Audemars Piguet mens dress watch in gorgeous restored condition.

Featuring an elegant case with thin bezel and a classic dial (face), it possesses timeless elegance and class. And equipped with an extremely fine, original Audemars Piguet movement, it showcases top tier Swiss watchmaking. It has the same look as the ultra thin dress watches but without a cal. 2001 movement - this one is slightly thicker and higher grade.

Like only the very finest watches in the world - select watches from the likes of Patek, AP, and V & C, it is adjusted to five positions, heat, cold, and even isochronism (the amount of wind left in the movement).

It measures 33.4mm in diameter without the crown.

Epitomizing the essence of "'the classic watch" remembered today, watches like this made by Patek, Vacheron & AP feature a manually wound movement, round gold cases, understated dial, slender hands, and simple baton markers. As one writer aptly stated, "The extra-slim watch, whose style embraces only the strict essentials, has continued to seduce for its elegance and discretion."

It has just finished a true expertly done restoration and present s in gorgeous condition! The watch itself presents like new on the wrist.

The bracelet appears to be an aftermarket addition done in either low carat white gold or silver. It is the only aftermarket part on the watch.

The case is just short of perfect mint - the back of the body has slight remnants of wear. It has a crisp hallmark and presents on the wrist as beautiful mint.

The striking dark royal blue / navy blue dial has been meticulously refinished - the printing could pass as Audemars Piguet factory done to the naked eye. Its tone changes a bit depending on how the light strikes it.

A Master Watchmaker has just fully disassembled the movement down to its last screw and freshly serviced it. It is very clean and keeping extremely accurate time. Photos of the inside available upon request.

For the finishing touch we have meticulously detailed it making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
