For the movement the company used one of its high grade Caliber 423 handwound mechanisms with dual shock absorbers and micrometer regulator for precision adjustment.

Housing the fine movement is its classic original steel case done in a wonderful TV shaped style. It is reminiscent of a similar Patek Philippe model from the era.

Protecting the face is a sapphire crystal.

It is fully IWC down to the dial, hands, and winding crown and has just finished a true expertly done restoration - it presents as about a 9.7 or 9.8 out of 10.

Its wide case presents as gorgeous mint with only the slightest signs of previous polishing. Its royal blue dial has been meticulously restored - its printing could pass as IWC factory done to the naked eye.

A Master Watchmaker has freshly overhauled its movement. It is running strong and true, keeping time essentially on par with a brand new IWC in our testing recording position.

For the finishing touch, we have equipped it with a brand new leather strap and aftermarket IWC style buckle making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
