c. 1968 Omega Constellation Vintage Ladies Automatic Chronometer Watch - Stainless Steel

Omega

Item No. 7688

Omega's flagship line for decades, the Constellation represents style, luxury, attention to detail, robust function, and most of all, superior precision. Elegant and stately, it is suitable for both casual and professional dress.

Today's offering showcases this classic and uncommon ladies Constellation. The dial is a rich royal blue. Our photos couldn't do it justice.

These are the first watches in the world to be equipped with bracelets truly integrated with the case. This system, invented by Pierre Moinat, Omega's head of creation, was patented in 1965.

Featuring an officially certified automatic chronometer movement and a robust stainless steel case and bracelet, this late 60's - early 70's era Omega demonstrates why the Constellation was the company's flagship line.

It is fully Omega down to the hands, crown, and even original crystal!

It has just finished a true expertly done restoration - it presents in gorgeous condition. The case is gorgeous mint with all the fine detail of the Constellation beautifully intact. The dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye. As part of the restoration, it was just overhauled by a Master Watchmaker.

Amazingly after half a century, it continues to keep time on par with a new Omega chronometer in our testing position.

For the finishing touch it has been meticulously detailed making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.

A more than fifty year old Omega that looks like new!
