The centerpiece of this rare Patek is in gorgeous case with very large scalloped bezel. Because of its size - surprisingly large for a ladies watch from the era, when they were typically quite small - Patek equipped the case with hinged lugs to conform to the shape of the wrist. It is as large as the small midsize mens watches from the era.

Besides the wonderful case, the dial has an extemely unusual design which we have never seen before on a Patek, despite having seen thousands. It is salmon colored, complementing the rose gold case, and has cut-outs for all of the markers. Because of the cutouts, the dial itself has an unusual shape. It is fixed atop a mirror finished piece of metal so it is the reflection of the mirrored metal passing through the cutouts that creates the effect of "markers."

You'll be the only person you know with a Patek like this one. Powering it is its illustrious original handwound movement.
