1927 Omega Rare Art Deco Vintage Ladies Watch - Platinum with 1.5 Carats of Diamonds

Omega

Item No. 6810

Today's offering showcases this breathtaking Art Deco ladies Omega with approximately 1.5 carats of diamonds. Ladies Omega from this early are rare, and ones with this level of decoration on a true Omega Swiss made case are extremely rare. (generally the few fine ladies Omegas you see from the period have original contract cases not true Swiss Omega cases).

When we acquired it the original movement had been previously replaced with a more modern quartz one, which is not uncommon as parts for the original movement would have been very difficult for a watchmaker or jeweler to find when it needed repair at some point.

The beauty of its six-hinged sectional platinum case with geometric design can't be overstated, and the quality of the diamonds are what should be expected from Omega Swiss factory set diamonds. With approx. 106 diamonds, it embodies elegance and refined taste.

The case is in excellent condition with ornate filigree along the sides. The dial is clean and appears to have been restored in vintage times. Its quartz movement has been recently serviced.

Accompanying the watch is what appears to be its original stainless steel expansion bracelet. Please inquire if you would like a black cord or a silver tone metal cord bracelet installed.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
