Powering this gem is a fine, early Rolex timekeeping mechanism. Featuring Rolex's patented Super Balance system as well as possessing a tonneau shape for longer running reserve and more accurate timekeeping, it employed Rolex's premier movement technology for the era.

It is fully original down to the dial, hands, and winding crown. Our watchmaker has freshly cleaned and oiled the movement.
