We are proud to offer this very fine and uncommon ref. 2594 Patek Philippe mens watch. Similar in style to the Disco Volante - Italian for "saucer" - shaped Ref. 2251 and 2552 Pateks, it showcases a certain vintage flair. It is elegant and classic, yet a bit avant-garde.
Powering the watch is its illustrious Patek Philippe 10 ligne movement, unquestionably among the finest hand-winding movements ever built. It is stamped in two places with the prestigious Poinçon de Genève,
It presents in beautiful condition. All parts of the watch are original to the watch down to the dial, hands, and winding crown.
Its thin Patek Philippe case is better than near mint - the face of its wonderful wide bezel is scratch-free. Its silver dial shows only very light aging and is a partial or full nice vintage reprinting. The sapphire crystal is mint.
Our Master Watchmaker has fully serviced the watch which consists of fully disassembling the movement, carefully inspecting each part, installing a brand new mainspring, and replacing any overly worn components with Patek replacements, reassembling and lubricating the movement, and extensive timing testing and regulation (a $695 value).
Photos of the inside available upon request.
Included with the purchase is a one-year international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to the watch's performance.
