At the beginning of modern watchmaking is Jaeger-LeCoultre, the esteemed watch firm created and built by Antoine LeCoultre, whose tireless commitment to quality and innovation launched the advancement of fine timepieces as we know them. As a true 'manufacture' of timepieces, Jaeger-LeCoultre, perhaps more than any other watchmaker, sets the standard for luxury watchmaking.
The company's workmanship is so respected that esteemed Swiss watchmakers such as Patek Philippe and most of the world's top watch firms used Jaeger-LeCoultre movements to power their pieces.
