Masters of watch design, in vintage Jaeger-LeCoultre built specific models for the U.S. market that showcased elegant and distinctive design.
This wonderful vintage LeCoultre is a very fine original example of that phenomeon. Made the year of the '57 Chevy and the era of the '59 Cadillac, it is classic, elegant, and distinctive.
Besides creating watches with beautiful aesthetics, Jaeger-LeCoultre also created some of the very fine automatic wristwatches of the vintage era. So well made were their automatic movements that they were often used in Vacheron & Constantin's watches. This LeCoultre is equipped with a very fine "in-house" made caliber P812.
It is in very pleasing original condition. Its simple and bold modern dial is original and untouched. And its gorgeous "Bombe" lug case is in excellent condition. Our watchmaker has freshly cleaned and oiled the watch.
Included with the purchase is a one-year international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
