Item No. 5949
Today's offering showcases this classic and uncommon vintage handwound Seamaster in gorgeous restored condition. It is an uncommon model Seamaster with seldom seen Omega caliber 520 movement, from the highly esteemed 500 series.
It is fully Omega down to the dial, hands, winding crown, and even original signed Omega crystal! It has had a true expert restoration and presents in gorgeous condition. The case presents as just short of mint and the printing on the refinished dial could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
As part of the restoration the movement has just been freshly overhauled and is running strong and true. For the finishing touch a new leather strap has been installed.
1950's and 60's Seamasters are great buys as parts are readily available for their well-made movements, and they're not hard to service.
A seldom seen classic Seamaster that presents on the wrist almost like new!
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
Omega is often known by watch lovers for its Seamaster line of recreational watersports watches. Combining a striking look with a high performance movement, they've received a strong following since vintage times.
