Today's offering showcases this classic vintage handwound Seamaster Cosmic in gorgeous restored condition. It has a striking retro design and very fine handwound caliber 601 movement adjusted to two positions.
Its monococque - or one-piece - case, which when new achieved high water resistance ratings by not having a separate case back, presents on the wrist true mint.
It is fully Omega down to the dial, hands, winding crown, and original Omega beads of rice bracelet and presents in gorgeous restored condition. It has had a true expert restored, and the printing on the refinished dial could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
As part of the restoration a the movement has just been freshly overhauled and is running strong and true. Note that the wording on the back of the case is still very clear and legible - the photos make it look much lighter than it looks in person.
A classic Seamaster with a cool retro look that presents on the wrist almost like new!
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
