1960's Piaget Vintage Mens Midsize Watch with Award Winning 9P Movement - 18K Gold

Piaget

Item No. 7421

Today's offering showcases this exclusive mens midsize Piaget watch crafted from 18K gold. Built when Piaget was still a family owned and run company creating only a relatively small number of high grade watches, it is both luxurious and very fine. It has a distinctive Piaget look with thin gold case and cabochon style crown.

Built from solid 18K gold, the slim case not only possesses elegance and class, it also serves as a fitting housing for one of the thinnest movements ever made, Piaget's award-winning 9P series high grade movement.

Its renowned movement, one of the world's first ultra-thin wristwatch movement, it measures a mere 2.15mm thick - less than the thickness of a US half-dollar! Despite its small size, it sacrifices nothing in performance, having earned a reputation as one of the most refined and reliable mechanisms on the supreme level of fine watchmaking.

It presents beautifully on the wrist. The case is scratch-free, and the champagne dial was restored in vintage times.

Our watchmaker has fully disassembled the watch down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. For the finishing touch we have installed a new genuine Teju lizard strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
