Today's offering showcases this full size classic mens Omega watch. It has been meticulously restored and presents in gorgeous condition.
Powering the watch is Omega's caliber 285 movement. It is in the famous 30T2 family whose reputation for reliability and accurate timekeeping landed it a role serving the critical timing needs of the world's Armed Forces during World War II. As time progressed Omega upgraded the original 30T2s with additions like a shock protection system, more jewels, and other modifications - as is the case with the mechanism found in this watch.
The classicly styled case measures just under 35mm in diameter without the crown - in between the size of a Rolex Date model watch and a Rolex Datejust.
It is fully Omega down to the original hands and crown and presents in true expertly restored condition. As part of the restoration the movement has been freshly fully disassembled the watch down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled.
For the finishing touch it has been fitted with a new leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
A five and a half decade old classic Omega that presents almost like new!
