1966 Jaeger-LeCoultre Vintage Mens Mystery Dial Watch - 14K White Gold & Diamonds

Item No. 6499

When it comes to aesthetics, for many JLC collectors topping the chart of the company's special vintage wristwatches are the exquisite Diamond Mystérieuse watches. Named after the way the hour marker mysteriously floats around the dial, seemingly unattached to the rest of the watch yet keeping perfect time, these exceptional wristwatches captivate the imagination.

The Jaeger-LeCoultre Diamond Mystérieuse showcased in today's offering is an elegant and distinctive example of one of these special timepieces.

We were fortunate to acquire it with its silver mystery dial original and untouched in mint condition.

Its 14K white gold case is in excellent condition. Its unsigned 14K white gold period correct bracelet is a previous addition and its Florentine decoration matches the case perfectly. It is in near mint plus condition. And its high-grade LeCoultre movement is clean and keeping very accurate time.

Photos of the inside available upon request.

One of our watchmakers has just freshly disassembled the watch down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. Included with the purchase is a one-year international warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
