Unlike most Seamasters from the era which were automatic, this reference was powered by Omega's uncommon caliber 613 handwound movement. The thinner movement allows for a thinner case than with automatic Seamasters. And while all of the calibers in the 600 series aren't particularly common in vintage Seamasters, the 613 with its quick-setting date is particularly uncommon.

It measures approx. 33.5mm in diameter without the crown, just a half a millimeter smaller than a Rolex Date watch.

It has a monocoque - or one piece - case which originally insured water resistance and a slim, elegant profile. The case when new achieved high water resistance ratings by not having a separate case back.

It has fully Omega parts and has just finished a true expertly done restoration and presents in gorgeous condition.

Its case presents as mint with only light signs of previous polishing. Its dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.

A Master Watchmaker has overhauled the uncommon movement which was originally adjusted to two positions. It is running very strong and true,keeping time on par with a new Omega, in our testing recording position.

For the finishing touch a new aftermarket leather strap and aftermarket Omega style buckle has been installed making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
