1969 Omega Constellation Vintage Mens Calendar Day Date Watch - Stainless Steel

Omega

Item No. 5295

Today's offering showcases this classic and original Constellation with caliber 751 movement. It is one of the relatively few vintage automatic Constellation models to feature both day and date functions. The sub dials are in Spanish. The watch was made for a Spanish-speaking market.

Built at a time when the quartz revolution was beginning to take hold and right before Omega started cutting costs with their 1xxx line of movements, this watch with very fine automatic caliber 751 carried on the high-grade mechanical tradition of the Seamaster from the 50's and 60's.

It is fully Omega down to the dial, hands, and crown and in honest original condition. The dial is untouched. The case does not appear to have ever been polished. It has wrench marks on the back from previous opening that could be polished out, and it's Observatory logo and lines are crisp.

The movement was recently cleaned and oiled. We have installed a brand new Omega crystal and new crocodile band making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Because of its recessed crown design, we recommend keeping the watch on a winder if worn regularly.

Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
