Today's offering showcases this beautiful example of one of Omega's vintage handwound ladies watches.
It is fully original down to the dial, hands, winding crown and even the signed crystal! It presents in true expertly restored condition - about a 9.7 out of 10.
Its luxurious champagne dial is mint. Its case presents as mint - the gold plating has been redone. And its original and fine handwound Omega movement has been freshly cleaned and oiled.
For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a new aftermarket leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Photos of the inside available upon request.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
Omega Geneve line:
Sought after by serious collectors and worn on the wrists of celebrities Cindy Crawford, Nicole Kidman, Michelle Wie and any woman desiring to wear a world-class watch, Omega's timepieces rank among the very fine luxury watch brands in the world.
Beginning in 1953 Omega placed the name Geneve on the dials of some of the members of the 30mm collection which at the time were produced in the company's workshops in Geneve (to put Geneve on a dial of a watch certain components and processes must take place in Geneve) and later expanded the line of watches featuring the name. According to Omega the name referred to to the Genevan Observatory where the early 30mm calibers set a number of records.
