1973 Omega De Ville Vintage Mens Jumbo Automatic Watch with Turquoise Tiffany Blue Dial - Stainless Steel

Item No. 7492

Today's offering showcases this impeccably restored example of one of Omega's full size automatic vintage watches. Living up to its name as one of the sophisticated "De Ville" models, it features a striking retro case, turquoise Tiffany blue dial, and fine automatic Omega movement with quick-setting date.

It is large for the era measuring 37mm in diameter - one millimeter larger than a Rolex Datejust.

It is fully Omega down to the hands and winding crown.

It has just finished a true expertly done restoration and presents in gorgeous condition.

The case presents as mint. On the wrist it presents as mint. The original Omega dial with steel baton markers has been meticulously custom refinished in a distinctive turquoise Tiffany blue - its printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.

A Master Watchmaker has fully serviced the watch which consists of fully disassembling the movement, carefully inspecting each part, replacing any overly worn components, reassembling and lubricating the movement, and extensive timing testing and regulation (a $445 value).

For the finishing touch it has been equipped with a new calfskin leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.

A four and a half decade old Omega that presents like new on the wrist!

Omega watches can be found on the wrists of many prominent figures including Pierce Brosnan, Michael Schumacher, Michael Phelps, Ernie Els, Prince William, and one graced the wrist of President John F. Kennedy. Omega has been the official timekeeper for 21 Olympic Games and is the official chronometer of NASA.
