Today's offering showcases this gorgeous and very classic ref. 3833 mens Rolex from the Cellini Collection with taupe ghost dial. Our photos couldn't begin to do it justice.
It has come to be known as the David Beckham dial because he's been spotted wearing a yellow gold vintage Rolex with this special dial. Beckhams is a Datejust model. It is a very unique color that is difficult to describe as there is a warmth to the grayish brown.
It's absolutely gorgeous - over time as the dial took on this color the printing has ghosted giving the watch almost a partial monochromatic matching look.
A premier dress watch, this Cellini has a timeless vintage 18K gold case, special dial, and high-grade handwound caliber 1600 movement.
It has 100% original parts down to the original buckle and presents in gorgeous condition - as a 9.6 out of 10.
Its case presents as mint with slight signs of previous polishing. The hallmark is still crisp, the serial number is still strongly visible, as is the original coronet symbol. Its untouched original dial is just short of perfect mint.
One of our watchmakers has disassembled it down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. The movement is near pristine - if you would like photos of the inside please inquire.
For the finishing touch it comes equipped it with a handmade Italian leather strap and the watch's original buckle making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Accompanying it is a green Rolex pouch.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate.
An over half century old Cellini that presents like new!
