Today's offering showcases this rare and very collectable Longines vintage watch. Created for Longines by Serge Manzon, the famous vintage modernist designer, this retro masterpiece commands attention on the wrist.
It is massive, measuring 47.5mm long lug tip-to-tip. Crafted from solid sterling silver, the distinctive case features movable block lugs and a screwed in back for water-resistance.
Powering the watch is its Longines quartz movement.
But what's best about rare gem, is that it's in near new-old-stock condition! It is fully original down to the sterling silver block buckle and Longines band which appears virtually unworn. Although it's four decades old, it only shows light handling wear and light marks to the screw heads in the back from being opened.
Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
If you are looking for a distinctive, high-fashion wristwatch that makes just right statement about your personal style, this is it. Modern Longines don't come close to matching the vintage design and character of this retro original.
